Refund policy
Returns:
We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon receipt or the wrong item. All sales are made in good faith and are final due to the collectible nature of our stock. If you do have a problem with your order please contact us and we will work with you to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
We do not accept returns for opened items as it's impossible for us to know if the damage was customer caused or not, which is why we recommend checking the figure before opening. For closed box items that aren't possible to check before opening we can make exceptions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged (Cosmetic Paint Issues do not count as damage) or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds (For Damaged / Wrong Items Only)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges (For Wrong Item Only)
We only offer an exchange if you were sent the wrong item. For any other issues for which we can offer a return we can only offer a refund.
