International Shipping Import & Custom Fees Policies

International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and brokerage fees. Please note that private carriers like UPS may charge higher brokerage fees than standard mail.

We are no longer requiring a $195 USD minimum order for EU / UK but please be aware we do not collect VAT or any other custom fees before shipping your order. We also can not change the value of items on the custom form.

If an order is returned to us we are unable to refund the shipping. Any charges for items being returned to us we'll be subtracted from your refund.
